Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an energetic Retail Associate to assist customers in person and by phone. You will explain warranty options, coordinate technician time, handle checkout, and promote products and services while building customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales drive, and a willingness to help unload merchandise and set up displays as needed. A HS diploma is required; a 2-year degree is a plus, with 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-years of consumer retail sales experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers to support sales and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty in-store and on the phone.
• Promote products and services through merchandising and promotions.
• Respond quickly and energetically to customers in person and via phone.
• Support sales goals and maintain a positive store presence.
• Assist with unloading shipments, tire balances, store displays, and related duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
