Qualifications

• Open to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and outstanding customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete solution.
• Close sales by using clear communication to meet customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and upskill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base with outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events.
