Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Grow through training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly contact current Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts to grow customer base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
