Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Schedule will be provided four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and outstanding customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for complete top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base via outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
