Vineyard Vines in Leawood, KS is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while upholding our brand promise. This role emphasizes hospitality, merchandising, and teamwork.

You'll build relationships with customers, assist with events, and contribute to daily operations. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures.
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers.
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices.
• Assists with training new associates.
• Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment.
• Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams.
• Supports store and team-building activities with the management team.
• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times.
• Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives.
• Contributes to weekly product feedback.
