Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Effective communication and instruction-following ability is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is needed.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift/push/pull at least 25 pounds is required.
• Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom with bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness).
• Serve customers using UNIQLO service standards and six phrases.
• Be knowledgeable about fittings and assist as needed.
• Process cashier duties when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Help manage shipments and ensure floor representation.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
