Employees will meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, assist customers, handle cashier duties when needed, and participate in stockroom tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Assist customers and provide product knowledge using UNIQLO service standards
• Assist with fitting room when needed and act as cashier when required
• Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Follow all company policies and report infractions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management
