Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Sales - FT at Store #57 in Mansfield, TX. The role includes operating the POS, handling cash, assisting customers, and keeping the sales floor tidy and stocked.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, basic math skills, and clear communication. A full-time schedule with flexibility to cover 7 days a week is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience interacting with the public or in a team.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card terminal, pricing system).
• Clear communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers on sales floor to locate merchandise and answers questions.
• Maintain appearance of the sales floor and restock merchandise.
• Open availability preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM).
