Cumberland Farms is hiring Retail Sales Associates to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience and to support the manager in day-to-day operations. You will be cross-trained across store functions across our 1500+ sites, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months retail or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Stock shelves, brew coffee, and maintain clean and organized stores.
• Cross-train in all areas of the store to gain versatile operations experience.
