Cumberland Farms is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will greet guests, ring up purchases, stock shelves, and keep the store organized, with cross-training across store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or guest service experience preferred (3–6 months).
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and deliver great customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; assist guests and teammates as needed.
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, restock coolers and freezers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store; work as part of a team to uphold standards.
