Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction programs and labor compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
