Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking part-time Retail Sales Associates to provide an outstanding customer experience across multiple store formats. You will greet customers, guide them through the sale, and follow up after purchase, while applying proven selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals.

You will also help with merchandising, stock counts, and store projects, and you may operate the cash register at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new programs or systems.
• Ability to work with retail sales associates and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling to reach store sales targets.
• Assist with merchandising, setup, stock counts, and other store projects.
• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions.
