You’ll support on the sales floor and in fitting rooms while maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. As part of the team, you’ll review sales goals, stay informed on new arrivals and promotions, and engage customers with warmth.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues and meeting daily sales goals.
• Experience in acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people and sharing information; able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and shopping technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, engage in personal conversations, and build relationships.
• Support customers on the floor and in fitting rooms to showcase products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space throughout the day.
• Finish strong by explaining Loyalty benefits and thanking customers by name.
