FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Texas. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan products, and ensure accurate transactions. Earn $10.75–$13.00 per hour plus commission and enjoy benefits like medical/dental/vision, 401(k) enrollment, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
