Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive sales and champion our brands in assigned stores across Post Falls, Idaho. You’ll influence decision makers, execute promotions, and deliver impactful in-store merchandising together with store leadership.

You’ll manage product displays, optimize plan-o-grams, handle stock rotation and ordering, and grow your territory with a data-driven, proactive approach while maintaining safety and independent work habits.

Qualificações

• Proactive, confident, and engaging, able to collaborate with store leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience driving sales through promotions, displays, planograms, and purposeful ordering.
• Delivers high standard of service and execution.

• Thrives working independently but contributes to a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
