Job summary

V Opco, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate in Palo Alto, CA. The role focuses on generating sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining store presentation. You will handle POS transactions and follow up with clients to nurture repeat business.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented individual who is extremely personable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate contact with customers and identify shopping needs.
• Computer skills to operate POS, Word, Excel & email.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set by store manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and overcome objections.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and written contacts to develop relationships.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
• Operate POS register and email systems.
• Protect store inventory per loss prevention program.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
• Maintain client books and clienteling.
