Job summary

The Children’s Place in Greendale, WI is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and employ effective selling techniques to help customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation, restocking, ensuring accurate sizing, and keeping the store and backroom clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Protect company assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform Store Leadership of maintenance and safety needs promptly.
• Contribute to store goals with focused efforts.
• Be flexible by processing stock when necessary.
