You will learn tanning product education, assist customers with memberships, and contribute to a fun, energetic workplace while meeting daily sales targets and enjoying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability incl. nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach tanning equipment use.
