Job summary

Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our portfolio of products to both existing and new customers. You’ll drive sales, deliver excellent customer care, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions experience preferred.
• Comfort with personal technology, mobile devices, and basic computer applications.
• Strong reading, writing, and spoken English; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers in-store.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to improve experience and drive revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and visual standards; minimize losses.
