Spectrum is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Specialist in Ohio to promote Spectrum’s Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice offerings. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and educate customers on product benefits in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling cash, meeting performance targets, and adhering to store policies while supporting a team environment. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in goal- and incentive-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
