Luna Wireless, An Authorized T-Mobile Retailer (Northeast) is hiring Retail Sales Representatives who will act as brand ambassadors, build energy around our products, and educate customers on device and service options. This is a learning role with training provided as new associates join the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting.
• Experience with dynamic, fast-paced sales environments.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by guiding them through shopping journeys and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Sell devices and service plans, identifying personalized solutions for customers.
• Resolve issues and maintain a high-energy, world-class customer experience.
