Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in store locations across Florida. You will promote Spectrum’s portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Base pay starts at $18/hour with the potential to earn $23.26/hour through commission and incentives. This part-time role supports a flexible schedule and a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms; proficient with computer applications.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and store standards while minimizing losses.
