FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers, selling merchandise, and explaining pawn and short-term loan services. You will earn hourly pay plus commission and work with diverse merchandise in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
