Staples in Milpitas, CA is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling total print and marketing solutions. You will help customers achieve their goals while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

This role includes coaching associates, driving sales and margins, and using Salesforce to manage relationships. Full-time schedule with benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
