Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in driving results for print and marketing solutions. You will connect with customers, offer creative solutions, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer engagement, and operational excellence to grow sales and customer satisfaction within the community.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.

Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals.
