Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service in Houston, TX. You will engage customers in sales and pawn transactions, process loans and extensions, and deliver friendly, professional service.

Training pathways include a 5-week program with paid training and opportunities to advance to pawnbroker and store management roles. Competitive pay from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour, uncapped bonus potential, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to facilitate sales and pawn transactions.
• Open and close store duties and assist customers in-store and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions accurately and promptly.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful service that differentiates EZCORP.
• Support training and promotion pathways within the store.
