Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus; knowledge of pawn items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions and handle pawn items.
• Perform opening and closing store duties and maintain store standards.
