EZCORP, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to lead daily customer interactions and perform pawn transactions in a fast-paced store setting.

Training starts with a 5-week paid program, including raises and promotions to Pawnbroker upon completion. Progression includes a Pawnbroker Certification Program with an additional hourly raise, with opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in person and by phone.
• Process sales, loans, extensions, and pawn transactions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful store environment.
