Your Day at Lowe's

You will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include loading merchandise, processing orders, and guiding customers through shopping and checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with friendly, professional service
• Help locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish stock on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months using retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform duties involving standing, sitting, and physical activity
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
