Your Day at Lowe's
You will welcome customers, help them find products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
  • Replenish stock on shelves.
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately.
  • Cross-train in other departments to enhance service.
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting information).
  • 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and perform activities necessary for the role.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Trade certification relevant to the department.

Working Conditions
