Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure all their needs are met. Responsibilities include helping customers locate and handle merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting in different departments based on needs and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and process orders accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, or other activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications related to department (e.g., hardware, plumbing).
