Your Daily Responsibilities

Welcome customers, assist in product selection, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities may vary by department, including appliances, hardware, tools, nursery, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computer use (input, access, modify data)
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
