Your Day at Lowe's

You will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities may vary by department, which include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock and organize shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail/customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
