Your Day at Lowe's

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, assisting with product location, stocking shelves, processing orders, and helping customers in various departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, etc. Daily tasks vary by department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service
• Assist with product location and handling
• Replenish stock and process orders
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare department merchandise
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience
• 6 months using retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, perform physical activities
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to department

Additional Information

Role may require occasional travel to meetings or support neighboring stores. Environmental conditions vary; exposure to weather, noise, and physical activity is possible. Lifting guidelines: limit to 75 lbs, with team lifts used for heavier loads. Powered equipment training is provided.
