Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find products, loading merchandise, and ensuring customer needs are met. Your tasks may vary by department, which could include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Assist in locating and handling merchandise
  • Replenish stock on shelves
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
  • Guide customers through shopping and checkout
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 months experience with computers (input, access, modify, output data)
  • 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities necessary for the role
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months retail or customer service experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Trade certifications relevant to the department
