Daily Responsibilities

Welcoming customers, assisting in product selection, restocking, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by department, which could include appliances, hardware, plumbing, electrical, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock and process orders accurately
• Cross-train in various store departments
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
