Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, help them find products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all their needs are met. Your responsibilities may vary by department, which could include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform duties involving standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications relevant to the department.

Working Conditions
