Your Day at Lowe's

You will welcome customers, help them find products, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include assisting in Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers
• Locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish stock and organize shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other departments
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform physical activities, including standing and lifting up to 25lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to department
