You will participate in merchandising, courtesy greetings, and store upkeep to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Role requires basic math and cash handling skills, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store or stock on the sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and rotate stock on shelves.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Greet customers and operate the cash register to complete purchases.
• Collect payment and make change; maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and set up displays as needed.
