Job summary

Dollar General is seeking team members to act as the point of contact for customers, process transactions, stock and display merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness. You will support plan-o-grams, assist shoppers, and help run efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and assisting with ordering and merchandising to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock shelves.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise.
• Build and stock displays; rotate merchandise.
• Assist customers and locate merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag items; collect payment.
• Assist with ordering using handheld scanners.
• Maintain store cleanliness and front-end, sidewalk displays.
