Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive shipments according to store procedures.
• Open, unpack, and stock merchandise; place items on shelves or stock room.
• Build merchandise displays and rotate stock on the sales floor.
• Restock recovered merchandise and maintain clean shelves.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answer questions.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service at checkout.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, and bag items.
• Collect payments and make change as needed.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners when required.
• Maintain cleanliness at the front end and assist with sidewalk displays when needed.
