Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a store associate to act as the point of contact for customers, assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and support store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and helping with orders using handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and stock merchandise displays; rotate and face items on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating products.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and provide change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners; maintain store cleanliness.
