Job summary

CROSSMARK in Waco, Texas is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores, building solid relationships with store management.

You will stock shelves, set up displays, monitor pricing, and travel to multiple stores within a territory. The role offers flexible daytime hours, weekly pay, training, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including health, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
