Job summary

CRO-US in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products at convenience and retail stores. The role offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, full-time employment, and a daytime schedule with no evenings.

You will gain shelf placement, build product displays, stock shelves, and maintain planogram compliance while building rapport with store management. Travel to multiple stores in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
