Job summary

CROSSMARK in SPRING, Texas is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to gain shelf placement, build displays, stock shelves, and connect with store management. You’ll work a daytime, on-site route across multiple stores with a focus on planogram compliance, pricing, signage, and excellent customer service.

Training is provided; benefits include health, dental, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
