Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a staff member to act as the point of contact for customers and to assist in setting up plan-o-grams. The role includes stocking merchandise, building displays, and helping customers locate items on the floor.

You will operate the cash register, process payments, and bag purchases. The position requires basic math and compliance with company policies, with a focus on speed and accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; stock merchandise in stock room or on sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays; stock and rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and processing payments; bag merchandise.
