Job summary

Dollar General is seeking store staff to assist customers, stock and display merchandise, and operate the checkout. You will unload trucks, maintain plan-o-grams, and help ensure clean, organized store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include customer assistance, cash handling, and light merchandising tasks. High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise on the floor.
• Build and rotate displays; stock shelves and face merchandise.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering questions.
• Operate cash register and process payments; bag items and give change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners as needed.
• Clean store areas and maintain plan-o-gram adherence.
• Follow company policies and procedures; ensure safety.
