Job summary

Dollar General store team member sought to serve customers, stock and merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment. You will assist customers, unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure plan-o-gram compliance.

The role includes operating the cash register, handling payments, and helping with ordering Merchandise using handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; stock merchandise in stock room or on sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and rotate stock on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating items.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and give change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners.
• Clean store front, stockroom and restrooms; maintain store appearance.
