Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays.
• Stock merchandise; rotate and face shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Greet customers and comply with policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; bag merchandise; collect payment.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners as needed.
• Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays when necessary.
