Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking an associate to act as the primary customer contact, assist in plan-o-gram setup, and ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You will support store operations and teamwork while protecting company assets.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, greeting customers, and operating the cash register to complete sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays.
• Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves; restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and make change.
